This course is delivered face-2-face in Brisbane of via Zoom Virtual Classroom.
COURSE SUMMARY:
This one-day course will provide delegates with an understanding of the key components of an environmental monitoring program to identify potential microbiological risks in production and open product areas; in addition to explaining different sampling methods and key elements of a corrective action procedure. This is particularly useful when implementing an environmental monitoring program based on BRCGS Global Standard Food Safety Issue 8 requirements and industry best practices.

WHO SHOULD ATTEND:
All technical and product safety personnel who are employed at a BRC Global Standards certified site
ASSESSMENT:
The workplace assessment needs to be submitted within 1 month of completing the course. The pass mark for the course is 75%. Should the delegates fail the workplace assessment, they can submit one more EM plan. Should they fail the second workplace assessment, they need to re-sit the course.
